Print Range of Audit Files (ttaad4461m000)

Use this session to print the content of audit files. These files contain all the logged table transactions.

Hinweis

The audit files only contain information about table fields for which audit trail is activated.

To print audit files:

  1. Optionally, enter selection ranges for Audit category, Audit profile, and company group.
  2. Enter the ranges of tables and companies for which you want to print the transactions.
  3. Enter the ranges of sequence files and transactions you want to print. You can filter, among other things, on session and user.
  4. Click one or more check boxes in the Status to Print section, to select the types of transactions that must be printed.
  5. Click Print.
Hinweis

This session prints all audited fields belonging to the tables in the selection range. Alternatively, you can use the Print Range of Audit Files (Multi Lines) (ttaad4463m000) session. In that session you can specify which table fields must be printed in the report.

 

Session
Use this field to specify a range of sessions. Only transactions caused by sessions that are within this range will be printed.
Date
Use this field to specify a date and time range. Only transactions that occurred on a date and time within this range will be printed.
User
Use this field to specify a range of LN users. Only transactions performed by users that are within this range will be printed. This selection possibility is useful when you are interested in the changes performed by a particular user.
Committed
If this check box is selected, transactions with the Committed status are printed. These are transactions that are completed successfully. All changes made during these transactions are stored in the database.
Aborted
If this check box is selected, transactions that have the Aborted status are printed. These are transactions that failed. No changes were stored in the database.
Prepared
If this check box is selected, transactions that have the Prepared status are printed. These are transactions that are already logged in the audit files, but are not yet committed in the database.
