| Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000)To create new business processes or modify existing ones, use
the Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000) session. Complete these steps: - Click New.
- In the Business Process field, specify a name for the
business process.
- On the Authorizations tab, select the type of authorization
for the diagram, by selecting one of the check boxes that belongs to the To be modified by field.
- Click Save.
Key fields for the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session | Field | Description |

Generation Date | By default, the date when the business process was
created. However, all authorized LN users can change the date. | Owner | The LN user who has created the business process or who is
responsible for the business process. | Support Application | Link a support application to the business process to
provide extra functionality, or information, that may help carry out the
activity. | URL | An address for a resource on the Internet that may
provide more information when carrying out the business process. | Diagram Status | An identification of a stage in the development of a
business process. |
To view the business processes and their activities in a
graphical and structured way: Select: - On the Zusatzoptionen menu click the Business Process Browser.
- Select one of the business processes or activities and
click Details.
The Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session, or the Business Process Activities (tgbrg5122s000) session is started. Use these to change the
data of the selected business process or activity. - Select a business process and from the Zusatzoptionen menu select
Process Modeler.
