Use this session to delete and/ or archive the following data:

  • Shipment History
  • Shipment Lines History
  • Shipment Line Serials History
  • Shipping Containers History
  • Shipment Line Packaging Structure History
  • Shipment Line Ownership History
  • Loads History
  • Outbound ASN Routings History

Delete or Archive

Use this field to determine whether to:

  • Delete shipments
  • Archive shipments
  • Both
Keep Last Transaction

If this check box is selected, the most recent transaction from the selected range of transactions is not deleted.

Archive General Data

The shipment history data that is older than the number of days expressed in this field is deleted and/or archived.

Archive Company

The company to which archived data is written.

Archive Company

The name of the company for archives.

Archive Text

If this check box is selected, LN also archives texts.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, and a text already exists in the archive company, the archive text is replaced by the current one.
