Handling Unit Process Outbound (whinh2123m000)

Use this session to view the outbound data, such as originating orders, outbound order lines, shipments, and so on, related to the handling unit.

 

Handling Unit

The handling unit for which you view related data.

Order

The origin of the order to which the handling unit is related.

Order

The identification number of the order to which the handling unit is related.

Order Set

The order set of the order to which the handling unit is related.

Order Line

The number of the order line to which the handling unit is related.

Sequence

The sequence number of the order to which the handling unit is related.

BOM Line

The BOM line of the order to which the handling unit is related.

Shipment

The shipment to which the handling unit is related.

Shipment Line

The shipment line to which the handling unit is related.

Inspection

The identification number of the inbound inspection to which the handling unit is linked.

Inspection Sequence

The sequence number of the inspection to which the handling unit is linked.

Committed

The quantity of items of the handling unit for which an inventory commitment is present or which is allocated to a demand order by means of a specification. To use specifications to allocate handling units to demand orders, the allocation and hard pegging functionality must be in use in your organization.

Advised

The quantity of items of the handling unit for which outbound advice is generated.

Inventory Unit

The unit in which the item quantity is expressed.

Released

The quantity of the items of the handling unit for which an outbound advice is released.

Picked

The quantity of the items of the handling unit that is picked and moved to the inspection location or the storage location.

Inspected

The quantity of the items of the handling unit that is inspected at the inspection location.

Approved

The quantity of the items of the handling unit that have been approved at the inspection location.

Rejected

The quantity of the items of the handling unit that have been rejected at the inspection location.

Inventory Scrapped

The quantity of items that the handling unit contains that have been scrapped at the inspection location.

Reject Reason

A code that indicates the reason for the rejection.

Scrap Reason

The reason code indicating why the rejected items are scrapped. You can zoom to the Reasons (tcmcs0105m000) session to select a reason code or manually specify a reason code.

To be Approved

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be approved when the inspection is processed.

To be Rejected

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be rejected when the inspection is processed.

To be Scrapped Quantity

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be scrapped when the inspection data is processed.

Expected Not Shipped

The picked quantity that you expect not to ship with shipment lines for the outbound handling unit. In the Shipment Lines (whinh4131m000) session, you can change the Shipped Quantity. This shipped quantity is by default equal to the Picked Quantity. If you:

  • Decrease the Shipped Quantity, LN increases the Quantity Not Shipped in the Shipment Lines (whinh4131m000) session and the Expected Not Shipped in the current session accordingly.
  • Increase the Shipped Quantity, LN decreases the Quantity Not Shipped in the Shipment Lines (whinh4131m000) session and the Expected Not Shipped in the current session accordingly.
Not Shipped

The quantity of the handling unit that is not shipped by means of confirmed shipment lines. If you confirm a shipment line for which a Quantity Not Shipped exists, in the current session, LN decreases the Expected Not Shipped with the shipment line's Quantity Not Shipped and increases the Not Shipped quantity with the shipment line's Quantity Not Shipped.

Frozen Shipped

The quantity of the items of the handling unit that have the Frozen status. This means, that the shipment that includes the handling unit obtained the Frozen status. For further information, see Handling Unit Status.

Shipped

The quantity of the items of the handling unit that are shipped.

Active Process

If this check box is selected, the handling unit is allocated to an order and the handling unit has one of the following statuses:

  • Allocated
  • Released
  • Staged
  • Frozen

If this check box is cleared, the handling unit is not allocated to an order and has one of the following statuses:

  • Inactive
  • In Stock
  • In Transit
  • Closed

This check box is also cleared if the handling unit is allocated to an order and has the Shipped status.
