Work Order - Incoming Subassemblies (tswcs4151m000)Use this session to view and process the incoming subassemblies. LN registers the incoming subassemblies based on the Disassembly Activity. Note Incoming subassemblies cannot be added or deleted manually. The session can be viewed as a satellite session in Work Order (tswcs2100m100), Work Order Activity (tswcs2610m000) and Work Order - Batch Repair (tswcs2600m000) sessions, if the Subassemblies check box is selected in the corresponding group box in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session. Integration with Infor LN Quality Infor LN allows you to create non-conformance reports for service objects, using the Create Non-Conformance Report option on the Action menu. The Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000) session is invoked, wherein you can create the report for the service object. Infor LN allows you to link non-conformance reports for service objects, using the Link Non-Conformance Report option on the Action menu. The Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000) session is invoked, wherein you can select the report to be linked to the service object. You can use the Unlink Non-Conformance Report option on the Action menu to unlink the Non-Conformance report. The Related Orders - Non-Conformance Reports (tsmdm4500m100) session is invoked, wherein you can select the report to be unlinked. Note
Work Order The code of the work order for which the incoming subassembly is created. Description The description or name of the code. Work Order Status The status of the work order. Allowed values Serial Number The serial number of the serialized item. Assembly Activity The code of the assembly activity. Description The description or name of the code. Activity Status The status of the work order activity. Allowed values Line The line number of the incoming subassembly. Item Item The code of a subassembly item. Description The description or name of the code. Serial Number The serial number of the serialized item. Label A description of the item that is not defined in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session. Quantity The quantity of the incoming subassembly item. Unit The unit in which the Quantity is measured. Ownership The ownership of the subassembly item. Allowed values Note This field is displayed only if the Ownership External check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. Business Partner of Inventory The business partner who is the owner of the item in the inventory. Note This field is applicable only if the Ownership field is set to Customer Owned. Action Action Incoming Subassembly The action performed on an incoming subassembly. Allowed values Receive From Disassembly Activity The code of the disassembly activity. Description The description or name of the code. Disassembly Activity Status The status of the Disassembly Activity. Allowed values Work Order The code of the work order from which the incoming subassembly is received. Description The description or name of the code. Location The code of the location from which the incoming subassembly is received. Description The description or name of the code. Warehouse The code of the warehouse from which the incoming subassembly is received. Description The description or name of the code. Department The code of the department from which the incoming subassembly is received. Planned Delivery Time The planned delivery date and time when the item is delivered from the warehouse. Status Processed If this check box is selected, LN indicates that the incoming subassembly is processed. Planned Available Date The planned date and time when the incoming subassembly is made available at the location. Actual Quantity The actual quantity received. Unit The unit of the actual quantity. Actual Delivery Date The actual date and time when the incoming subassembly is delivered at the location. Available If this check box is selected, LN indicates that the incoming subassembly is available at the location. Subassembly Received on Shop Floor If this check box is selected, LN indicates that the incoming subassembly is received at the location. Canceled LN selects this check box if the subassembly activity is canceled.
Confirm Receipt Confirms the receipt of the subassembly at the location. Cancel Cancels the subassembly activity.
