Batch Repair Work Orders (tswcs2500m000)Use this session to view and maintain work orders for which the items have to be repaired in a batch.
Work Order The code of the work order. Description The description or name of the code. Status The status of the work order. Allowed values Order Origin The origin of the work order. Allowed values Batch Repair If this check box is selected, batch repair is applicable for the item. Item The item on which batch repair must be carried out. Export License Required If this check box is selected, export license is required to generate the work order for batch repair. Project The project to which the cost is pegged. Allowed values Project Pegged Inventory If this check box is selected, LN considers only the item that is project pegged in the Project Pegged Inventory (whwmd2560m000) session. Service Type The code of the service type. Description The description or name of the code. Department The service department that is responsible for performing the maintenance on the item. Maintenance Sales Order The code of the maintenance sales order from which the work order is generated. Reference The reference used by the sold-to business partner to check if the work order originates from a Maintenance Sales Order. Initiating Work Order The code of the initiating work order. Maintainable Quantity Unit The inventory unit of the item that is maintained (or to be maintained). Maintained Quantity The maintained quantity. Order Date The date and time when the work order is created. From Warehouse The warehouse in which the (serialized) item is received or is present. From this warehouse, the (serialized) item can be delivered to the shop. From Work Center The work center from which the item is delivered. Planned Item Receipt Time The planned date and time when the item is received in the warehouse or at the location. Actual Item Receipt Time The actual date and time when the item is received in the warehouse or at the location. To Warehouse The warehouse to which the (serialized) item is returned. To Work Center The work center to which the (serialized) item is returned. Earliest Start Time The earliest time you can start the execution of the work order. Order Duration The time required to complete the work order for batch repair. Unit of Duration The unit in which the Order Duration is expressed. Planned Start Time The planned time to start the execution of the work order. Planned Finish Time The planned time by which you must complete the work order. Actual Start Time The date and time when the work order activities are initiated. Actual Finish Time The date and time when the work order activities are completed. Installation Group The code of the installation group. Top Work Order The code of the top work order. Coverage Type The coverage type used for the work order. Interrupted If this check box is selected, LN does not allow any change in the maintenance sales order line and the work order. Interruption Reason The reasons why LN interrupts the work order. Cancel Reason If this check box is selected, details for cancelling the work order is available. Initiate Cancellation If this check box is selected, the cancellation of a work order for which actual costs are present is initiated. Cancel Time The date and time when the work order is canceled. You must use the Cancel Work Orders (tswcs2260m000) session to cancel the work order.
