Service Material Availability Overview (tstdm2520m000)Use this session to view the result of the various material availability checks that can be performed for a range of orders or for a single order, during planning or when releasing the order. Note
Order Type The origin of the Order. Allowed values
Order The order number of the order. Order Status The order status. Level of Check The level at which the material availability is checked. Allowed values Activity Line The order activity line number. Material Line The material line number. Inventory Check Status The result of the Material Availability check. Allowed values Order Date The date/time when the Order is created. Item The item for which the Material Availability is checked. Note The Material Availability is only checked for the items for which Critical for Inventory Check check box is selected in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session. Description The description of the Item. Warehouse The warehouse that is checked for the availability of the Item. Description The description or name of the Warehouse. ATP Inventory Available Indicates if the inventory is available in the specified Warehouse, calculated by the ATP check. ATP Date The date when the material is available in the Warehouse, calculated by the ATP check. Note
Planned Inventory Available Indicates if the material is available, calculated by the Planned Inventory Check. Planned Available Date The date/time when the material is available in the Warehouse, calculated by the Planned Inventory Check. Note
On Hand Inventory Available Indicates if the material is available in the warehouse, calculated by the ON Hand Inventory check. Required Quantity The quantity of the item required for the order. Quantity Unit The unit in which the quantity is measured. Required Delivery Date The date/time when the material must be delivered. Check ATP Inventory Indicates if the ATP check is performed. This check can only be performed during planning the order. Note The ATP check is only performed, if the Order System is set to Planned in the Item - Ordering (tcibd2100s000) session and the Include in Enterprise Planning check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0103s000) session. ATP Checked on Date The date/time when the last ATP check is performed. Check Planned Inventory Indicates if the Planned Inventory check is performed. Planned Available Checked on Date The date/time when the planned inventory is last checked. Check On Hand Inventory Indicates if the On Hand Inventory check is performed. On Hand Checked on Date The date/time when the last On-Hand inventory check is performed. Conversion Factor for Required Quantity The conversion factor for the required quantity.
Set to Pending Sets the Inventory Check Status to Pending. Orders and Activities Displays the lines for which Level of Check is set to Order or Activity. Materials Displays the lines for which Level of Check is set to Material. Lines with Shortage or Supply is Late Displays the lines for which the Inventory Check Status is set to Shortage or Supply is late. All Lines Displays all the lines.
