Service Type The From and To fields define a range of: service types on the order. Order Origin The From and To fields define a range of: origins of the Orders. Allowed values
Order The From and To fields define a range of: service/work/maintenance sales order numbers. Note The from and to fields must be set to the same order origin. Activity Line The From and To fields define a range of: activity line numbers. Note The order origin of the From and To fields must be the same. Material Line The From and To fields define a range of: material line numbers. Note The order origin of the From and To fields must be the same. Order Status The From and To fields define a range of: status of the order. Check Planned Inventory If this check box is selected, the Planned Inventory check is performed. Check On Hand Inventory If this check box is selected, the On-Hand Inventory check is performed. Scope of Inventory Check The locations where the material availability can be checked. Allowed values Update Planned Delivery Time of Material Lines If this check box is selected, the Planned Delivery Time of the Material Lines is updated with the Planned Available Date when Inventory Check Status is set to Supply is late in the Service Material Availability (tstdm2520m000) session. When this check box is selected and the Check Planned Inventory check box is also selected, this check is recalculated after the update. Update Activities and Orders with Latest Planned Material Line If this check box is selected, the Planned Start time of the orders and the activities of the related material line, are updated with the latest Planned Delivery time of the material lines.. Synchronize Materials with Latest Planned Material Line If this check box is selected, the Planned Delivery time of all material lines belonging to the order or activity are updated with the last Planned Delivery time of the material lines. Orders with Shortages If this check box is selected, Infor LN generates reports for the orders with the Inventory Check Status set to Shortage or Supply is late. Orders without Shortages If this check box is selected, Infor LN generates reports for the orders with the Inventory Check Status set to a value other than Available.
Check Inventory Checks the Material Availability for the selected Orders.
