	Cost Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc2290m000) Use this session to, cost a range of maintenance sales orders, part lines and coverage lines. Note To cost maintenance sales orders one by one, select the Interactive check box and click Cost. The Interactive Costing for Maintenance Sales Order (tsmsc4110m000) session opens. Selection Criteria Level Select the level at which you need to cost maintenance sales orders. Following are the three selection criteria level: Order If the selection criteria level is set to order, LN costs the selected maintenance sales orders. Part Line If the selection criteria level is set to part lines, LN costs the part lines of the selected maintenance sales orders. Coverage Line If the selection criteria level is set to coverage lines, LN costs the coverage lines of the selected maintenance sales orders. Interactive If this check box is selected, and you click Cost, the Interactive Costing for Maintenance Sales Order (tsmsc4110m000) session starts. Note If this check box is cleared, and you click Cost, the range of maintenance sales orders, part lines, and coverage lines selected are costed based on the values you select in the Settings area. Currency The currency in which the Maximum Limit for Invoice Amount and Maximum Limit for Other Amount values are entered. Central Invoice Transfer Status Maximum Limit for Invoice Amount Maintenance sales orders, part lines or coverage lines with invoice amount less than the amount specified here are considered for costing. Note If the selection criteria level is order, the maximum limit for the invoice amount are applied at the order level. If the selection criteria level is part lines, the maximum limit for the invoice amount are applied at the part line level. If the selection criteria is coverage line, the maximum limit for the invoice amount are applied at the coverage line level. Maximum Limit for Other Amount Maintenance sales orders, part lines or coverage lines with other amount less than the amount specified here are considered for costing. Note If the selection criteria level is order, the maximum limit for the other amount are applied at the order level. If the selection criteria level is part lines, the maximum limit for the other amount are applied at the part line level. If the selection criteria is coverage line, the maximum limit for the other amount are applied at the coverage line level. Lower Margin % Maintenance sales orders, part lines or coverage lines with higher gross margin than the percentage specified here are costed. Upper Margin % Maintenance sales orders, part lines or coverage lines with lower gross margin than the percentage specified here are costed. Maintenance Sales Order If this check box is selected, and Selection Criteria Level is set to Part Line, maintenance sales order are costed after all the part lines for the selected maintenance sales orders are costed. In this scenario, the coverage lines linked to maintenance sales order header must be costed before the maintenance sales order can be costed. Note The availability of the Maintenance Sales Order check box is determined by the Selection Criteria Level setting: If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the Maintenance Sales Order check box is unavailable. If you set Selection Criteria Level to Part Line, the Maintenance Sales Order check box is available. If you set Selection Criteria Level to Coverage Line, the Maintenance Sales Order check box is available. Maintenance Sales Order - Lines If this check box is selected, and Selection Criteria Level is set to Coverage Line, maintenance sales order - lines are costed after all coverage lines for the maintenance sales order - lines are costed. Note The availability of the Maintenance Sales Order - Line check box is determined by the Selection Criteria Level setting: If you set Selection Criteria Level to Order, the Maintenance Sales Order - Line check box is unavailable. If you set Selection Criteria Level to Part Line, the Maintenance Sales Order - Line check box is unavailable. If you set Selection Criteria Level to Coverage Line, the Maintenance Sales Order - Line check box is available. Process Report If this check box is selected, LN prints the list of maintenance sales orders, part lines and coverage lines that are costed. Exception Report If this check box is selected, LN prints the list of maintenance sales orders which are not costed, because of the ceiling on invoice amount. Error Report If this check box is selected, LN prints the errors that blocked the costing of maintenance sales orders, part lines, and coverage lines. Ignore unapproved Purchase Invoices If this check box is selected, LN does not cost the maintenance sales orders for which unapproved purchase invoices are present. If this check box is cleared, LN also costs the maintenance sales orders for which unapproved purchase invoices are present.
