Maintenance Sales Order Activity Lines (tsmsc1111m000)

Use this session to maintain the (reference) activities that are executed by the related work order. You can define the fixed activity price for all the work order activities that are created before and after the work order processing is initiated. For each work order activity, you can create a maintenance sale order (MSO) activity Line.

Note
  • If the Pricing Method is set to Fixed Activity Price, a Coverage Line is created with the Cost Type set to Activity.
  • You can also classify the activities that are Fixed Order Price based or Fixed Activity Price based.

 

Maintenance Sales Order

The code of the maintenance sales order.

Description

The description or name of the code.

The status of the part line.

  • This value is mandatory if the Reference Activity Mandatory check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
  • This field is disabled if the Status of the Part Line is set to Completed or if the work order Activity Status is set to Released, Completed, Transferred, Canceled or Closed.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Description

Pricing Contract Line

The configuration line number of the pricing contract.

  • This field is applicable only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session.
  • This field is applicable and mandatory if the Pricing Contract is specified.
Pricing Contract Change

The change number of the pricing contract.

  • This field is applicable only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session.
  • This field is applicable and mandatory if the Pricing Contract is specified.
Contract Ignored

Indicates if the service contract is linked to the service order activity line. The following are the possible scenarios:

  • If this check box is selected, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are specified, a valid service contract is linked and the sales price of the service contract is not considered.
  • If this check box is selected, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are not specified, a service contract is not linked.
  • If this check box is cleared, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are specified, a valid service contract exists and pricing terms data is considered.
  • If this check box is cleared, and the Pricing Contract, Pricing Contract Change and the Pricing Contract Line fields are not specified, a valid service contract does not exist.

Allows the user to link/unlink the service contract to the pricing terms.

  • This option is enabled only if the pricing contract is defined for the service contract.
  • This option is visible only if the Use Prices in Service Contracts check box is selected in the Contract Management Parameters (tsctm0100m000) session.
