Related Orders - Non-Conformance Reports (tsmdm4500m100)Use this session to view the non-conformance reports linked to the service objects. You can also unlink these reports using the Unlink option on the Action menu. This session can be accessed using the Unlink Non-Conformance Report option in the service objects' sessions. To access this session, a Non-Conformance Report must be linked to the service object. However, the non-conformance reports that are created from the service objects, cannot be unlinked. These reports must be deleted in the Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000) session.
Order/Claim/Call The code of the order/claim/call to which the Non-Conformance Report is linked. Note This field is dynamic. The field name changes based on the session from which this session is accessed. For example, if this session is accessed from the Call (tsclm1100m000) session, this field name is displayed as Call. Non-Conformance Report The code of the non-confirming report linked to the Service/Work Order Description The description or name of the code. Status The status of the related order. Company The company of the related order.
Unlink Allows you to unlink the Non-Conformance Report linked to the service object.
