Physical Breakdown Log (tscfg2515m000)

Use this session to display the installations and / or removals of child items to / from a serialized item's physical breakdown.

Note

The installations or removals are logged automatically, but only if both of the following conditions are met:

The graphical browser framework (GBF) that you can start in the Physical Breakdowns (tscfg2110m000) session, also uses the data in this session.

 

Parent Item

The item code of the parent serialized item, for which changes to its physical breakdown are logged and displayed in this session.

Serial Number

The serial number of the parent item whose physical breakdown changes are logged and now displayed in this session.

Description

Description or name of the item.

Revision

The identification of any revisions of the serialized item.

Installation Group

The code of the installation group that the parent serialized item belongs to.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Owner

The name of the business partner who owns the parent and child serialized items.

Position

The position number of the child item or child component in the breakdown.

Changed By

The name of the user that initiated the changes made to a component of a physical breakdown structure.

This is a display field. Infor LN defaults the value in this field.

Source of Change

The source that initiated the changes made to a component of a physical breakdown structure.

Order Number

The order number that initiated the changes made to a component of a physical breakdown structure.

  • This field is applicable only if the value of the Source of Change field is set to Maintenance Sales Order or Work Order or Service Order.

Effectuation Time

The date the child item was either removed from, or installed in, the parent item's physical breakdown, using the Change Physical Breakdown (tscfg2220m000) session.

Status

The status that the child item was changed to in the physical breakdown.

Item

The item code of the child item that was either removed from, or installed in, the physical breakdown.

Serial Number

The serial number of the child item that was either removed from or installed in the parent item's physical breakdown.

Description

The name or description of the child item.

Quantity

The number of child items in the physical breakdown.

If the serial number is filled, this field must be 1 (one). No Help topic is associated with this item.

Quantity

The inventory unit of the item.

Reference Designator

Indicates the location to insert a component on an item, for example, where to mount an electronic component on a Printed Circuit Board. Reference designators are often used in electronics, and can originate from a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) station.

Description

The description or name of the code. This can be, for example, a code that expresses the location where you must mount a component item.

 

Level &Up

Use this command to display the parent item one level up.

If the current parent item is the item on the highest level in the breakdown, this command is disabled.

Level &Down

Use this command to display the components of a child item in the current breakdown.

You must first select a line in the breakdown to enable this command.
