Partner The From and To fields define a range of: sold-to business partners. Installment No. The From and To fields define a range of: installments. The invoices are selected on the basis of the status. The invoice status can be: Free Invoices with Free status and not yet approved for invoicing are selected. Approved Invoices with Approved status are selected. Transferred Invoices transferred to Invoicing are selected. Invoiced All invoiced transactions are selected. Note If the field is left empty and the status is not specified, all invoices are selected, irrespective of their status. Print Lines in Installment Currency and Total in B.P Currency If this check box is selected, the installments are printed in the respective installment currency and the total is printed in business partner currency. Note To print the installments in a specific currency, clear the check box and select the specific currency in the Currency field. Currency The currency in which the installments are to be printed. Note This field is enabled only if the Print Lines in Installment Currency and Total in B.P Currency check box is cleared. Print Text If this check box is selected, the associated text is printed.
