Overhead Application Bases History (tppdm2505m000)Use this session to view the history data of the selected overhead application base. This is a display session.
Base The code of the overhead application base. Version The version number generated by Infor LN, based on the unique base-code. Level The level at which the overheads are calculated. Modified on The date when the history data is modified. History Status The status of the overhead base history data. Allowed values Modified by The name of the user who modifies the overhead application base history data. Overhead Percentage The overhead cost expressed as a percentage. Overhead Rate The overhead amount for an hour of labor. Currency The code of the currency in which overhead rate is expressed. Billing Percentage The percentage used to calculate the billable cost. Example, if the cost is 100 and the percentage is 10, the billable cost is 110. Billing Rate The rate that must be used for an hour of labor. Example, if the rate for an hour of labor is 25 USD. For 2 hours of labor, the billing amount is 50 USD. Target Cost Object The code that identifies the cost object for which the overhead is calculated. Description The description or name of the code. Status The status of the overhead application base. Allowed values Base Type The base type on which the overhead is calculated. Valid From The date from which the overhead application base is effective. Valid To The date up to which the overhead application base is effective. Applied Rate If this check box is selected, the rate specified in the Overhead Rate field is used to calculate the internal overhead costs. These costs are not billable to the business partner. Example, administrative costs. Billing Rate If this check box is selected, the rate specified in the Billing Rate field is used to calculate the external overhead costs. These costs are billable to the business partner. Authorization The billing rate type used for overhead calculation.
