	Global Update of Prices and Rates (tppdm0201m000) Use this session to globally update purchase prices, cost prices and sales prices of standard cost objects. You can update the following: Purchase price, cost price and sales price for items Cost rate and sales rate for labor Purchase price, cost rate and sales rate for equipment Purchase price, cost price and sales price for subcontracting Cost price and sales price for sundry costs Procedure 1 Specify whether you want to update the prices by a percentage or by a fixed amount. 2 Indicate the percentage or the amount of the update. Use positive values for price increases; use negative values for price decreases. 3 For each cost type, specify the prices you want to update. 4 For each cost type, specify the range of cost objects whose prices you want to update. Percentage Indicates the percentage of price change. new price = old price + (old price x percentage/100) Amount Indicates the amount of the change. new price = old price + amount Amount Enter the currency here in which the amount is expressed and that will be used to update only the amounts that have this currency. Only for Currency Description field Cost Price If this check box is selected, the cost price is updated. Cost Rate. If this check box is selected, the equipment cost price is updated by the percentage or amount specified previously. Sales Rate If this check box is selected, the labor sales price is updated by the percentage or amount specified previously. Purchase Rate If this check box is selected, the equipment purchase price is updated by the percentage or amount specified on the Selection tab. Cost Rate. The cost price. Sales Rate. If this check box is selected, the equipment sales price is updated by the percentage or amount specified on the Selection tab. Purchase Price If this check box is selected, the subcontracting purchase price is updated by the percentage or amount specified on the Selection tab. Cost Price If this check box is selected, the subcontracting cost price is updated by the percentage or amount specified on the Selection tab. Sales Price If this check box is selected, the subcontracting sales price is updated by the percentage or amount specified on the Selection tab. Cost Price If this check box is selected, the cost price for sundry costs is updated by the percentage or amount specified on the Selection tab.
