Troubleshooting during installation and configuration
Unable to view reports from Webservices?

If you encounter an error, execute these steps:

  • Go to Start > All Programs > Infor Business Intelligence > Application Studio.
  • In the Application studio, connect to the PCL_10_4_Repository Repository, PCL_10_4_Projects Project, and PCL_10_4_ReportCatalog Report Catalog.
  • If the same error occurs, click Skip.
  • The report is displayed in the View Report mode. In the left pane, you can view the Database Structure in the Repository Explorer.
  • You can view PROJECTANALYTICS Database Alias data.
  • Right click PROJECTANALYTICS Database Alias and select Edit. The Edit Database Alias message is generated. On the Database tab, you can view Server and Database details.
  • The Server name is based on the server name defined by the user where the PCL_10_4 is installed.
  • You must ensure that the correct OLAP database (PCL_10_4_Olapdb) is selected from the list of database (see diagram).
  • Click Test Connection to check the connection and click OK.
