Aggregated cost components

Each item has three aggregated cost components that are defined in the Items - Costing (ticpr0107m000) session:

  • Aggregated Material Cost Component: the costs of raw materials.
  • Operation: the cost of operations and subcontracting for the finished end item, and all the required subassemblies.
  • Aggregated Surcharge Cost Component: all item surcharges and warehouse surcharges.

If you do not enter a Cost Component Chart in the Items - Costing (ticpr0107m000) session, production order costs, production order variances, and surcharges are posted by aggregated cost component.
