values to a CSV file or to an Excel template that includes XBRL. To export statement values to a CSV file After you have defined the range and have selected options
as required: - Under Export, select CSV file.

Accept the default separator (",") or, if commas are
used in the ledger account descriptions: - Enter another separator.
- Select Tab Delimited.
Click Print. The XBRFSTTB.xlsm spreadsheet opens with the statement
values imported from LN.
To export statement values to an Excel template (including
XBRL) After you have defined the range and have selected options
as required: - Under Export, select Excel template (including XBRL).
- Click Show Template.
Next, LN: - Copies the XBRL template of the additional files to your
computer.
- Defaults the name and location in the Open in Spreadsheet field.
- Opens the Excel spreadsheet, so you can already maintain
the XBRL mapping.
- Save and close the spreadsheet.

Click Print. The XBRLFST.xlsm spreadsheet opens with its Dynamic Data tab filled with the statement values imported
from LN. The Messages tab allows you to translate
the messages into the required language.
Financial Statement An account structure that can consist of child statement
accounts and parent statement accounts. At the child level, the statement
accounts are linked to ledger accounts and dimensions. With a financial
statement, you can collect the desired financial values from the General Ledger and Budgeting modules, and use this data for internal and external financial reporting and
analysis. Selection Range Sublevel A number that indicates the level of a ledger account or a
dimension in the hierarchical structure of accounts and dimensions. A low
number corresponds with a low sublevel. Ledger accounts can have sublevels 0
through 99. Dimensions can have levels 0 through 9. Transactions can only be posted to accounts and dimensions
which have a sublevel zero. All amounts and quantities on the sublevels 1 and
higher are aggregated from lower sublevels. Export Show Template To export financial statement values, select the
appropriate option: - CSV file
- Excel template (including XBRL)
Open in Spreadsheet The name and location of the spreadsheet file. Default value C:\Users\user_name\Documents\XBRLFST.xlsm Separator The separator to be used. Accept the default separator (",") or, if commas are
used in the ledger account descriptions: - Enter another separator.
- Select Tab Delimited.
Tab Delimited If selected, tabs will be used as separators. Options Print Next Statement Automatically If this check box is selected, LN prints the statement
defined in the Next Statement field of the current statement. Print Annexure Automatically If this check box is selected, LN prints
annexures. Recalculate Statement Accounts If this check box is selected, LN recalculates
statement accounts before printing. Variable Text for Header/Footer Enter text to be printed at the top and the bottom of each
page. Sorted by Select the sort order as required. Text Handling Print Text of Text Accounts If this check box is selected, LN prints text linked
to accounts of type Text. Print Text of Other Accounts If this check box is selected, LN prints text linked
to accounts of types other than Text. Handling Zero Amounts Show zero amounts of accounts of sublevel zero If this check box is selected, LN prints zero amounts
of accounts of sublevel zero. Show zero amounts of parent accounts If this check box is selected, LN prints zero amounts
of parent accounts. Show zero amounts individually If this check box is selected, LN prints zero amounts
