If this check box is cleared, the selected values are not posted automatically. Note This option is only available if the Value modifiable check box in the Statement Account/Column Specifications (tffst1123m000) session is selected. Process Next Statements If this check box is selected, LN automatically processes the statement as defined in the Next Statement field of the Financial Statements (tffst1600m000) session. Example For its internal reporting, a company with multiple departments creates one statement per department and, for each statement, it defines the next statement to be processed. As a result, processing the first statement will result in processing all successively linked statements. Rate Date The exchange rate that was valid at this date and time is used. Budget A plan of units or amounts allowed to be spent on certain objects such as departments, cost centers, items, or item groups. This plan can be evaluated with the actual figures afterwards, and it can be compared with other budgets. In addition, you can simulate different scenarios. Value Status to Select Accounting Scheme A scheme of accounts to which the results of certain events are posted. The accounting scheme consists of ledger accounts, structured in a parent-child hierarchy. Select one of the following:
Redefine Ranges Company Number If this check box is selected, you can redefine a range and a mask. Company Number A company that is used for posting financial data in Financials. You can link one or more enterprise units from multiple logistic companies to one financial company. Mask Ledger Accounts If this check box is selected, you can redefine a range and a mask. Ledger Accounts A register used to record financial transactions and to accumulate the values of the transactions for reporting and analysis. The ledger accounts classify the transactions into categories such as revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Mask Dimension Description for Dimension Type 1 If this check box is selected, you can redefine the range of dimensions belonging to the dimension type defined in the Specifications by Statement Account (tffst1521m000) session. If this check box is cleared, values are selected for the dimensions defined in the Specifications by Statement Account (tffst1521m000) session. Dimension Analysis account for ledger accounts to get a vertical view on ledger accounts. Dimensions are used to specify ledger account information. Mask
