Print Z4 Summary (tfcmg3430m000)

Use this session to print Z4 reporting data.

You can print two types of report:

  • A detailed report.

    A standard report that prints the details of the Z4 Reporting Data (tfcmg3530m000) session.

  • A summary report to be submitted to the Bundesbank.

    Export Z4 data to a CSV file, which will include the following:

After you print a non-simulated summary report, the printed lines in the Z4 Reporting Data (tfcmg3530m000) session are set to Finally Reported.

Selection Range
Select by Fiscal Period

If this check box is selected, you can specify a fiscal period.

Document Date

The transaction date in Financials. The document date is always registered in local time. Usually the document date is the same date as the transaction date, except if you manually enter a different transaction date in Financials or if the UTC time and the local time differ by a day.

Fiscal Period

A separate period, or year for financial purposes.

Three financial period types exist:

  • Fiscal, in which all transactions are recorded (for example, 12 months).
  • Reporting, for management requirements (for example, 52 weeks).
  • Tax, for tax regulations (for example, 4 quarters).

Export Summary

If this check box is selected, LN generates a CSV file, which can be uploaded to the Allgemeines Meldeportal Statistik (General statistics reporting portal) of the Bundesbank.

Reason for Payment Group

The reason for payment group for which the Z4 report must be generated.

File Name

The name of the CSV file to which the Z4 data is exported.

z4report_export.csv

Details Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the Z4 Reporting Data (tfcmg3530m000) session.

Simulation

If this check box is selected, LN prints a report without storing the data.

Reprint

If this check box is selected, LN reprints only lines with status Finally Reported.
