Selection Range Financial Company A company that is used for posting financial data in Financials. You can link one or more enterprise units from multiple logistic companies to one financial company. Company The company name. Select by Fiscal Period If this check box is selected, you can enter a fiscal period. Document Date The transaction date in Financials. The document date is always registered in local time. Usually the document date is the same date as the transaction date, except if you manually enter a different transaction date in Financials or if the UTC time and the local time differ by a day. Fiscal Year / Period A separate period, or year for financial purposes. Three financial period types exist:
Fiscal Year / Period Settings Include Finally Printed If this check box is selected, the application also prints data that was printed previously. Common If this check box is selected, LN also archives the master data from Common. Financials If this check box is selected, LN also archives the master data from Financials. Type of Process Select the process you want to perform. To archive the data and delete the data, select Archive and Delete. If no archive company is defined in the Company Parameters (tfgld0503m000) session, you can only select Delete Only. Archive Company The archive company in which the history data is stored. This company is defined in the Company Parameters (tfgld0503m000) session. Company The company name.
