| Sales Order Lines - Shipping Constraints Related Sets (tdsls4507m000)Use this session to list the sets of sales
order (delivery) lines for which the same shipping constraints apply. Sets of related sales order lines are identified by a set
number. These sets indicate a shipment of goods or services from a warehouse to
a ship-to business partner on a planned delivery for a sales order or a (number
of) sales order (delivery) line(s). Note This session is automatically updated when the Shipping Constraint field is maintained in the Sales Order Lines (tdsls4101m000) session, or the Delivery Lines (tdsls4101m100) session. The following conditions determine how the order lines are
updated: - If the shipping constraint is Ship Order Complete, a set number equal to one is added to this session for each order (delivery)
line.
- If the Shipping Constraint field is Ship Set Complete, Ship Line Complete, or Ship Line & Cancel, the set number is updated for each sales order (delivery)
line.
- If the Shipping Constraint field is Ship Set Complete, various sales order (delivery) lines can have the same set
number.
Sales Order An agreement that is used to sell items or services to a
business partner according to certain terms and conditions. A sales order
consists of a header and one or more order lines. The general order data such as business partner data, payment
terms, and delivery terms are stored in the header. The data about the actual
items to be supplied, such as price agreements and delivery dates, is entered
on the order lines. Pos The number used to identify the position of the order line on
the sales or purchase order. Seq. The number used to identify in detail the position number of a
sales order (delivery) line or a purchase order line (detail). Set Number A number used to group together one or more order lines. Order
lines with the same set number are released simultaneously to, for example,
warehousing or invoicing. Note Sales order lines that are related to the same shipping
constraint can be combined in a set. A set number is used to identify the set. | |
