	Sales Releases (tdsls3512m000) Use this session to view, enter, and maintain sales releases, which are used to generate sales schedules. A sales release mainly contains business partner data. If you double-click a line, the Sales Release - Lines (tdsls3612m000) session is started. Note If the Status is Processed, you can no longer update the sales release. Ship-to business partner. Ship-to address. Release type (material release/ shipping schedule/ sequence shipping schedule/ pick-up sheet). Shipment based schedule/ receipt based schedule. Schedule quantity qualifier. Forecast horizon start and end. Sales release origin. Customer release. (Customer order). Release Revision A number that uniquely identifies the revision of the release. The release revision number indicates the updates that are sent to the business partner. The first sales release that is created for a specific combination of the following characteristics, receives the revision number one: Sold-to BP Ship-to BP Ship-to Address Release Type Shipment/Receipt Schedule Quantity Qualifier Release Origin Customer Release When a new sales release revision is created for these characteristics, a sales release revision is created with revision number two, and so on. Release Type A classification used to specify the type of the release based on which schedule requirements are grouped and EDI messages can be generated. These messages are indicated by the used schedule. Allowed values Release Type Sales Release Origin The origin that created the sales release. Allowed values EDI Manual BOD Status The status of the sales release. Allowed values Sales Release Status Sold-to BP sold-to business partner Ship-to BP The ship-to business partner to whom you will ship the goods. Address The ship-to business partner's address. Customer Release The business partner's release number. This number can be used for reference purposes. Customer Revision The business partner's release revision number. This number can be used for reference purposes. Generation Date The generation date of the business partner's EDI message. Creation Date The date and time on which the sales release is inserted in this session. Shipment/Receipt Based This field indicates whether the schedule requirements for the sales release are Shipment Based or Receipt Based. Allowed values Shipment or Receipt Based Release Text If this check box is selected, a text is present. Quantity Qualifier The quantity type that is transmitted in the sales release. Allowed values Type Qualifier Forec. Horizon start The start date of the forecast horizon that was transmitted in the EDI message. Forecast Horizon End The end date of the forecast horizon that was transmitted in the EDI message. Details Starts the Sales Releases (tdsls3512m000) session in the details mode. Lines Starts a session in which you can view the sales release lines of the selected sales release. Release Type Material Release and Shipping Schedule The Sales Release - Lines (tdsls3508m000) session is started. Sequence Shipping Schedule The Sales Release Lines - Sequence Shipping Schedule (tdsls3116m000) session is started. Pick-up Sheet The Sales Release Lines - Pick-up Sheet (tdsls3109m000) session is started. All Lines Starts a session in which you can view the sales release lines that are linked to the Customer Release of the selected sales release. Sequence Shipping Schedule The Sales Release Lines - Sequence Shipping Schedule (tdsls3116m000) session is started. Pick-up Sheet The Sales Release Lines - Pick-up Sheet (tdsls3109m000) session is started. Process Sales Releases Starts the Process Sales Releases (tdsls3208m000) session. Delete Sales Releases Starts the Delete Sales Releases (tdsls3209m000) session. Last Revisions If this command is marked, all sales release revisions are displayed. If this command is not marked, only the last sales release revisions are displayed.
