Terms and Conditions Search Level (tctrm1610m000)Use this session to view, enter, and maintain a specific terms and conditions search level and linked terms and conditions lines. This session supports easy search level entry for a terms and conditions agreement. You can enter a terms and conditions search level and terms and conditions lines on one screen. To start this session, do one of the following:
Note Select and double-click a terms and conditions line to specify the terms and conditions groups of a terms and conditions line in the Terms and Conditions Line (tctrm1620m000) session. Terms and Conditions Lines The lines on the Terms and Conditions tab refer to the Terms and Conditions Lines (tctrm1120m000) session. On this tab, you can view, enter, and maintain the terms and conditions lines linked to the terms and conditions search level.
Terms and Conditions ID Search Level Priority Search priorities are used to find a valid agreement for the entered search combination or search level. If a valid agreement is found for the first priority, the agreement will be used. If not, LN searches for a valid agreement for the second priority and so on. Terms and Conditions Type Business Partner The buy-from business partner or the sold-to business partner to whom the terms and conditions agreement applies. Business Partner The buy-from business partner or the sold-to business partner to whom the terms and conditions agreement applies. Search Attribute 1 The first terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Search Attribute 2 The second terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Search Attribute 3 The third terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Search Attribute 4 The fourth terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Search Attribute 5 The fifth terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Search Attribute 6 The sixth terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Search Attribute 7 The seventh terms and conditions search attribute linked to the terms and conditions search level. Note You can only select this check box if the following applies:
You cannot select this check box if the terms and conditions type is set to Internal. Logistics If this check box is selected, a terms and conditions group with logistic information is or can be defined for the terms and conditions search level. Note You can only select this check box if one of the terms and conditions search attributes is set to Warehouse, Warehouse Set, Item, or to any of the item grouping attributes such as Product Line, Product Type, or Product Class. Invoicing If this check box is selected, a terms and conditions group with invoicing information is or can be defined for the terms and conditions search level. Note
