Planning Inventory Levels (tctrm1136m000)Use this session to define the minimum inventory level and maximum inventory level for a specific time period in the terms and conditions agreement. Note You can only define time-phased inventory levels in this session if the Min-Max Specification field is set to By Quantity in the Planning Terms and Conditions (tctrm1135m000) session. Fixed inventory levels and time-phased inventory levels can be combined. For the periods for which time-phased levels are set up, these inventory levels are applicable. For the remaining periods, the fixed inventory levels from the Planning Terms and Conditions (tctrm1135m000) session are used. Example
Therefore, the inventory quantities are as follows:
Terms and Conditions ID Search Level Position The number used to identify the position of the terms and conditions line on the terms and conditions agreement or the terms and conditions template. Effective Date Expiry Date Inventory Unit The unit of measure in which the inventory of an item is recorded, such as piece, kilogram, box of 12, or meter. The inventory unit is also used as the base unit in measure conversions, especially for conversions that concern the order unit and the price unit on a purchase order or a sales order. These conversions always use the inventory unit as the base unit. An inventory unit therefore applies to all item types, also to item types that cannot be kept in stock. Start Date The first date and time the time phased inventory record is applicable. End Date The last date and time the time phased inventory record is applicable. Minimum Inventory Level Customs Authorizations are issued to allow duty free import of products, used to produce the export product (after making normal allowance for wastage). In addition, fuel, oil, energy catalysts, and so on, which are consumed to obtain the export product, are also allowed to be imported, free of import duties. Maximum Inventory Level The authorized value, beyond which import duties must be paid and cannot be claimed.
