Terms and Conditions (tctrm1100m000)Use this session to view, enter, and maintain terms and conditions agreement headers. To start the Terms and Conditions (tctrm1600m000) session, double-click a record or click the New button. Note This session can be displayed in different views. When you change the view, LN changes the session's title bar and column sequence. If you click Sort by on the View menu, you can choose to sort the terms and conditions by the following:
Terms and Conditions ID Terms and Conditions Type Allowed values Sold-to Business Partner Buy-from Business Partner In Use If this check box is selected, the terms and conditions agreement is linked to a sales contract, a purchase contract, or an enterprise unit relationship. Note You can link a terms and conditions agreement to the following:
Business Object The business object ID to which the terms and conditions agreement is linked. If the terms and conditions agreement is linked to a sales contract, the sales contract number is displayed; if it is linked to a purchase contract, the purchase contract number is displayed. Text If this check box is selected, a text is present.
Show Terms and Conditions In Use Only displays the terms and conditions agreements linked to a sales contract, a purchase contract, or an enterprise unit relationship. Show Terms and Conditions not In Use Only displays the terms and conditions agreements not linked to a sales contract, a purchase contract, or an enterprise unit relationship. Generate Terms and Conditions from Template Starts the Generate Terms and Conditions from Template (tctrm2200m000) session. Terms and Conditions derived from Template Starts the Terms and Conditions derived from Template (tctrm2100m000) session. Contract For sales terms and conditions, this command starts the Sales Contract - Lines (tdsls3600m000) session showing the linked sales contract. For purchase terms and conditions, this command starts the Purchase Contract - Lines (tdpur3600m000) session showing the linked purchase contract. Enterprise Unit - Enterprise Unit Relation Starts the Enterprise Unit - Enterprise Unit Relationship (tcemm0634m000) session showing the linked enterprise unit relationship.
