Intrastat Reporting Status

  • Awaiting Final Shipment

    For staggered consignments, the reporting status preceding the final shipment/delivery and invoice/installment.

    When Order Management indicates that all deliveries took place and the total of the invoice(d) amounts is clear, the total amount is distributed across the applicable order lines based on valuation price and quantity, and the status changes to Ready for Reporting. As a result, the order line becomes editable like any other Intrastat line.

  • Blocked for Reporting

    The order is not included when you process the data in the Process Intrastat Transactions (tccom7271m000) session. For example, you can use this feature for logged transactions that you use for checking but that must not be reported to the authorities.

    Note
    • This status is automatically assigned to Intrastat transactions that originate from vendor managed inventory (VMI) scenarios.
    • You can change this status to Ready for Reporting.
  • Ready for Reporting

    The order is ready to be processed via the Process Intrastat Transactions (tccom7271m000) session.

    Note
    • For staggered consignments, this is the reporting status assigned to the final shipment/delivery.
    • You can change this status to Blocked for Reporting.
  • Processed

    The order line was already processed during an earlier generation of the Intrastat export file.

    Note

    If you select the Including Processed Lines check box in the Process Intrastat Transactions (tccom7271m000) session, LN includes the order line again in an Intrastat export file.
