Recipients Sets (tccom6140m000)

Use this session to create and maintain recipient sets based on predefined types of recipients.

You can create a recipient set manually or by importing a range of recipients through the Import Recipients (tccom6241m000) session. (From the appropriate menu, select Import Recipients.)

 

Recipient Type

One of the following:

  • Employee
  • Business Partner
  • Contact
Recipient Set

A set of employees, contacts, or business partners selected from the Recipients Sets (tccom6140m000) session.

Description

The description of the recipient set.

Distribution List

A list selected from the Distribution List (tccom6160m000) session.

 

Print Recipient Sets

Starts the Print Recipient Sets (tccom6440m000) session.

Import Recipients

Starts the Import Recipients (tccom6241m000) session.
