Change Planned Load/Unload Date (fmfoc2201m000)Use this session to carry out a collective date change for all or for a range of selected freight order lines. In this session you can change the Planned Load Date and Planned Unload Date and/or the Tolerance dates ( Earliest Load Date and Earliest Unload Date; Latest Load Date and Latest Unload Date) for a range of orders/lines .
Freight Order The order number for which the freight order lines must be updated. The order number is displayed only when you select a single order. For a range of selected orders, the order number is not displayed. By default, the dates from the first freight order/line is displayed. Planned Load Date The planned date and time on which loading is to take place at the ship-from location. Planned Time The planned time on which loading is to take place at the ship-from location. Earliest Load Date The earliest date on which loading can take place at the ship-from location. Earliest Load Time The earliest time on which loading can take place at the ship-from location. Latest Load Date The latest date on which loading can take place at the ship-from location. Latest Load Time The latest time on which loading can take place at the ship-from location. Planned Unload Date The planned date on which unloading is to take place at the ship-to location. Planned Unload Time The planned time on which unloading is to take place at the ship-to location. Earliest Unload Date The earliest date on which unloading can take place at the ship-to location. Earliest Unload Time The earliest time on which unloading can take place at the ship-to location. Latest Unload Date The latest date on which unloading can take place at the ship-to location. Latest Unload Time The latest time on which unloading can take place at the ship-to location.
Continue changes the Planned Load Date and Planned Unload Date and/or the Tolerance dates ( Earliest Load Date and Earliest Unload Date; Latest Load Date and Latest Unload Date) for a range of orders/lines . Calculate If you modify the Planned Load Date, click Calculate to re-calculate the tolerance dates based on the original tolerance agreements. The process also works vice versa when the Planned Unload Date is modified first. Calculate Click Calculate adjacent to Planned Unload Date field to automatically calculate the planned unload date. The related tolerance dates are also calculated automatically. The process also works vice versa when the Planned Load Date is modified first.
