Non-Conforming Reports

This topic describes the differences between Infor LN 10.3 and Infor LN 10.4 in Non Conformance.

New and changed functionality
  • Consolidation of Lots and Serials in Order Inspection

    In the Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) (qmncm1100m000) session, the Lots / Serials / Stock Point Details option is added.

  • Non-Conformance and Service Integration

    In the Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000) session, the following order origin has been added in Material and Disposition:

    • Service Orders
    • Maintenance Orders
    • Batch Repair
    • Service
    • Service Call
  • Non-Conformance Report

    You can create a NCR for non-material conformance and add a new disposition. The following are added:

    • Material Dispositions (qmncm0107m000) session
    • Non-Material Disposition Codes (qmncm0106m000) session

    • The Configurable Material Disposition Codes check box in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
    • The Non-Material tab, Non-Material Disposition group box and the Non-Material Additional Details text box is added to the following sessions:
      • Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000)
      • Non-Conformance Report History (qmncm3500m000)
  • Non-conformance and Quarantine Handling

    The following new sessions are added:

    • Non-Conformance Handling Units (qmncm1120m000)
    • The Reason field, To Item field, and Handling Units is added to the Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000) session.
