Warehouse Orders

This topic describes the remaining differences between Infor LN 10.3 and Infor LN 10.4 in Warehouse Orders.

New and changed functionality
  • Serial transfer

    In the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000), Expected Orders (whinh3800m000) and Warehousing Order (whinh2100m100) sessions, the From Serial and Into Serial fields are added.

  • DD Form 250

    You can print the DD Form 250 for the shipment.

    • In the Print Shipment Acceptance (whinh4430m100) session, the DD Form 250 field is added.
  • Display In-transit inventory

    You can view the in-transit inventory for the selected shipment that is linked to the inbound order line.

    • The In Transit field is added to the following sessions:

      • Inbound Line Status Overview (whinh2119m000)
      • Outbound Line Status Overview (whinh2129m000)
    • The In Transit option is added in the Warehouse Manager Dashboard (whinh2300m000) session, to view the orders with the in-transit quantity.
  • Shipping Constraints for Service

    In Infor LN 10.3, the shipping constraint; Ship Set Complete is used only by the Sales Control module.

    In Infor LN 10.4, this functionality is also applicable for Service.

    • The Order Set Sales field is renamed to Shipping Set in the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000) session.
  • Supplier ASN Number

    The Suppliers ASN Number field is added to the following sessions:

    • Warehouse Receipt Headers (whinh3110m000)
    • Warehouse Receipt (whinh3512m000)
    • Warehouse Receipt Lines (whinh3512m100)
    • Receipt Lines (whinh3112s000)
    • Warehouse Receipt Lines (whinh3512m600)
  • Effectivity Unit and Item Revision

    The Effectivity Unit and E-item Revision fields are added to the following sessions:

    • Cycle Counting Order Lines (whinh5101m000)
    • Enter Cycle Counting Results (whinh5101m100)
    • Adjustment Order Lines (whinh5121m000)
    • Easy Adjustment Entry (whinh5202m000)
  • Print Runs

    The Print Runs (whinh4400m000) session is renamed to Print and/or Remove Runs (whinh4400m000) session.

    The following fields are added to the Print and/or Remove Runs (whinh4400m000) session:

    • Remove
    • Simulation
    • Process Report
    • Error Report
  • Link multiple order lines to ASN

    You can link multiple expected order lines to an advance shipment notice (ASN).

    • The New option is added to the Shipment Notice - Lines (whinh3101m000) session.
  • Tracking ID of Load

    You can track the loads or shipments using two tracking numbers.

    The Type, Type, and Tracking Number fields are added to the following sessions:

    • Loads (whinh4140m000)
    • Load (whinh4640m000)
    • Loads History (whinh4560m000)
    • Load History (whinh4560s000)
