Owner vs user of serialized item

When performing the service activities such as Calls, Service Orders, Maintenance Sales Orders and Customer Claims, the owner (the sold-to business partner) of the serialized item receives an invoice for the performed service activities. However, various parties are involved in the service activities such as the owner, the user, the operator, and the dealer. Depending on the reason for the service work, the user must be able to invoice one of these parties instead of invoicing the owner of the serialized item. For more information, refer to Owner vs User.
