Legal requirements

To meet the legal requirements in several countries, the following changes apply:

  • Germany
    • A currency column is added to the Z5 report.
    • All reports can be submitted electronically.
    • To meet the requirements of the Bundesbank, the Print Z5 Report (tfcmg3455m000) session is updated.
    • The format for the Datenträgeraustauschverfahren (DTAZV) is changed.
  • Portugal
    A report is added to export payments and receipts to and from other countries for filling the Bank of Portugal’s Estatisicas de Operaçoes e Posiçoes com o Exterior (COPE).
  • France
    Legal documents can be submitted in electronic form. Using flexible reporting functionality, you can create a CSV file in the Print Finalized Transactions - Flexible Reporting (tfgld1406m500) session.
  • Bulgaria
    Newly required VAT fields are added to the Tax Declaration Master (tfgld1620m000) and Protocol Tax Codes by Country (tftax0104m000) sessions.
