Synchronizing component lines to the sales order (line)

You can use the Sales Order - Lines - Synchronization (tdsls0280m000) session to synchronize sales order lines with the sales order header when the order header is updated.

Updates are not synchronized to linked component lines.

If you maintain components using component lines, updates to sales order header and sales order line fields can now be synchronized to the component lines.

When a change is made to the following order header or line fields, the Sales Order - Lines - Synchronization (tdsls0280m000) session is started in which you can indicate the changes that must be synchronized to the (component) lines:

  • Point of Title Passage
  • Delivery Terms
  • Warehouse
  • Carrier/LSP
  • Route

On the appropriate menu in the Sales Order Lines (tdsls4101m000) session, the Sales Order Line - BOM Components - Synchronization command is added. You can use this command to manually start the Sales Order Line - BOM Components - Synchronization (tdsls0280m000) session.
