Deleting purchase release revisions

You can use the Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200) session to delete purchase release revisions with the Sent status.

To also delete revisions with a status of Created or Scheduled that include (to be) terminated schedules, the Include Unsent Releases for Terminated Schedules check box is added to the Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200) session.

If this check box is selected, the following conditions must be applicable before you can delete Created or Scheduled releases:

  • The linked schedules have the Termination in Process or Terminated status.
  • The schedules with the Termination in Process status do not include open schedule lines. Therefore, the status of the schedule lines is Canceled, Final Receipt, Invoiced, or Processed.

This check box is also backported to the Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200) session in Infor LN 10.2.1 and Infor LN 10.3.
