Deleting schedule lines with dates in the pastInfor LN 10.3 If purchase schedule lines are generated by Enterprise Planning, schedule lines with dates in the past (lapsed) and quantities that are no longer required can exist. Infor LN generates planning messages that prompt the planner to delete these schedule lines. Note By default, Infor LN does not delete these lines. Infor LN 10.4 To avoid the time-consuming activity of manually deleting schedule lines with dates in the past, the Delete Past Schedule Lines check box is added to these sessions:
If this check box is selected, the schedule lines are deleted by Enterprise Planning. If this check box is cleared, planning messages are generated informing a planner to manually delete the schedule lines. Note You can select the Delete Past Schedule Lines check box, only if the Frozen Period Decreasing Qty field is zero in the Items - Purchase Business Partner (tdipu0110m000), Purchase Contract Line Logistic Data (tdpur3102m000), or Purchase Contract Line Logistic Detail Line (tdpur3102m100) sessions.
