Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the list of activities planned for the preventive maintenance of a installation group.

Note

You can view the Required Skills option, only if the Skills implemented checkbox is selected in General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.

A list of planned activities can be generated for a Installation group, or a range of Installation groups, using the Generate Maintenance Plan (tsspc2200m000) session.

Use the following options to view the related orders within the service package and the related orders originating from the packages such as Purchase, Manufacturing and Warehouse:

  • Related To:
    Starts the Graphical Browser Framework that displays the orders which originate from the current order.
  • Related From:
    Starts the Graphical Browser Framework that displays the orders that originate from the specific order.

Graphical Browser Framework allows you to view Multi level relations of the orders. You can view the details using the following options:

  • View Details:
    Use this option to view the details of the related order.
  • Reverse Tree:
    Use this option to start the Graphical Browser Framework in reverse mode starting from the order you select. For example, if you open Graphical Browser Framework in Related To mode, you can use the reverse option to view the orders in the Related From mode.

 

Installation Group
The code of the installation group for which the activities are planned.
Installation Group
The name or description of the Installation group.
Activity
The code of the planned activity.
Description
The name or description of the planned activity.
Search Argument
An alternative form of a description used for convenience during searching. A search key is usually an abbreviation, an acronym, or a mnemonic alternative to a full description.
Coverage Type
A financial classification that indicates to what extent work is covered under warranty or contract, and what part of the activities can be charged.
Coverage Type
The name or description of the coverage type.
Reference Activity Group
A group of reference activities with similar characteristics. For example, the Cleaning reference activity group or the Inspection reference activity group.
Reference Activity Group
The description of the reference activity group.
Status
Status of the planned activity.
Activity Item
The code of the item for which the activity is planned.
Serial Number
The serial number of the item for which the activity is planned.
Alternate Serial Number
If business partner's use their own serial numbers as an alternative to item's manufactured one, the business partner's alternative is given in this field.

Alternate serial numbers are given in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session.

Description
The name or description of the item.
Downtime Ratio
The percentage of an activity's duration that an item will be out of operation when the activity is carried out on the item. The downtime ratio can be used for internal maintenance to determine the work-center capacity. For the percentage of the activity's duration, the capacity of the work center is reduced.
Activity Duration
The duration of the planned activity. The default value is that given to the activity in the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) session.
Travel Duration
The time required to travel from the service department to the Installation group's location. The default value is that given to the Installation group in the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session.
Start Time
Planned start time of the activity.
Planned Finish Time
Planned finish time of the activity.
Earliest Start Time
The activity's earliest acceptable start time. The default value is determined by the the reference activity's Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) details session.
Latest Finish Time
The activity's latest acceptable finish time. The default value is determined by the the reference activity's Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) details session.
Appointment
If this check box is selected, an appointment has been arranged with the customer for the planned activity to be carried out by the service engineer.

If this check box is cleared, no appointment has been arranged.

Service Department
The service department that carries out the reference activity.
Note

The default value is that given to the activity in the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session.

Service Department
The name of the service department.
Checklist
Lists the points to which the service engineer must pay attention during the execution of a service activity. Checklists are used to group specific checks so that more than one check can be defined for a reference activity. According to the answers expected from the check, space is provided when printing the document related to the service order.
Note

The default value is that given to the activity in the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) details session.

Checklist
The description or name of the checklist.
Buy-from B.P.
The code of the buy-from business partner who carries out any subcontracted work required by the activity.
Buy-from B.P.
The code followed by the name of the subcontractor.
Service/Cost Item
The code of the service item or cost item required in order to complete the reference activity if a subcontractor is required.

The service/cost item is used on a purchase order line. The item is required because you cannot add an activity to a purchase order line, the item will be used as an activity definition. This item will be used as a default item when generating purchase orders.

Description
The name or description of the item.
Top Item
The item code of the highest-level serialized item in the physical-breakdown structure, to which this serialized item belongs.
Note
  • The top serialized item is displayed in this field after its status is set to Active.
  • Each time the physical breakdown is changed, the top serialized item is updated.
Top Serial Number
The serial number of the topmost serialized item in this item's physical breakdown.
Master Routing
The master routing used to generate the activity..
Routing Option
Routing Options that were used to generate the service order activity.
No. 1
The description of the routing option.
Planned Activity Number
The number that identifies serialized item for the planned activities.
Note

LN generates the planned activity number based on the data specified in Number Group for Planned Activities and Series for Planned Activities fields in Service Planning and Concepts Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.

Activity Line Number
The line number that distinguishes one Planned Activity from another for the same Planned Activity Number.
Note

LN generates the planned activity line number based on the data specified in Number Group for Planned Activities, Series for Planned Activities and Step Size for Activity in Service Planning and Concepts Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.

Maintenance Sales Order
The unique ID of the maintenance sales order to which the planned activity is transferred.
Activity Line Number
The maintenance sales order part maintenance line which is created from the planned activity.
Work Order
The unique ID of the work order to which the planned activity is transferred.

 

Related Orders To
Starts the Graphical Browser Framework that displays the orders which originate from the current order.
Required Skills
Starts the Required Skills by Activity (tstdm2111m000) session. You can view this option, only if the Skill checkbox is selected in General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
