Service Resolution - Probability Analysis (tsclm3150m000)

Use this session to list the service resolutions for call, service order, maintenance sales order and work order. The session also display the calls contributed to a particular probability percentage.

When a call is solved, the data displayed in this session gets updated and a record is inserted in this table with values for all the listed fields.

When the call is transferred to a Service Order Activities (tssoc2110m000) session or Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session, a record is inserted in this entity based on the inputs of all the fields available at that time.

 

Origin

Order Number
The series code that identifies the Service Order, Maintenance Sales Order or Work Order.
Activity Line
The activity line represents the reference activity and master routing that must be carried out for a Service Order, Maintenance Sales Order or Work Order. The activity line is identified by a sequence number.
