Solutions (tsclm3135m000)

Use this session to list and maintain details of solutions to calls in the Call Management module. You can use the solutions to construct a diagnostic tree to diagnose calls.

 

Solution
The code of the solution.
Description
A brief description of the solution.
Duration
The default time required to carry out the solution.

If you do not measure the duration for the call in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session using the Start/Stop Timer command on the appropriate menu, or the corresponding button on the toolbar, the default time to solve the call will be equal to the actual time to solve the call.

The default duration is used if:

  • The call is transferred to a service order.
  • An invoice is created for the call.
Expected Solution
If this check box is selected, solution code can be used as the expected solution in Call (tsclm1100m000) session and Order System.
Actual Solution
If this check box is selected, Solution code can be used as the actual solution in Call (tsclm1100m000) session and Order System.
