Maintenance Notifications (tscfg3110m000)Use this session to generate maintenance notifications based on the registered measured values (numeric or alphanumeric) while performing inspections for serialised item. New maintenance notifications, not derived from a maintenance trigger set, can also be created. Note This session can also be viewed as a satellite session in the Service Order Activity (tssoc2110m100) session. To view this session, the Maintenance Notifications check box must be selected in the Service Order Activity group box in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session.
Business Object The type of business object for which measurement is
registered. Allowed values Activity Line The activity line of the service order or work order for which
maintenance notification is registered. Item The unique ID of the item for which the maintenance notification is generated. Serial number The serial number of the serialized item. Description The description or name of the code. Notification Maintenance Notification The unique ID of the maintenance notification. Notification Message The description of the trigger message applicable for the
maintenance notification. Note LN defaults the notification message from the trigger message of the maintenance trigger. Recommendation The recommendations applicable for the maintenance
notification.. Status The status of the measurement. Allowed values Maintenance Trigger The code of the maintenance trigger set from which the notification is created. Description The description or name of the code. Registration Assigned To The service engineer assigned to the specified maintenance
notification. Description The description or name of the code. Created by The login code of the user who creates the maintenance
notification. Creation Date The date/time the maintenance notification is
created. Follow-up Follow-up If this check box is selected, a follow-up action is required for the
maintenance notification. Follow-up Activity The reference activity to be performed as the follow-up
action for the maintenance notification. Description The description or name of the code. Notes Text The Text (additional) related to the maintenance notification. Inspections Measurement Type The description of what is being measured. Example Profile,
Pressure. Position The description of the item or the location of the item. Example Distribution
Belt, Left Front, Right Front. Measured Value The value of the actual measurement. Registration Handled by The service engineer who performs the inspection. Measured On The date and time when the actual measurement for the
inspection is performed. Creation Date The date/time the inspection is created. Notes Text The Text (additional) related to the inspection. Picture Picture The picture of the item for which the inspection is
performed. Text If this check box is selected, a text is present. Measurement Type The code of the measurement type. Description The description or name of the code. Position The position ID of the place where the item is located. Description The description or name of the code. Include in Maintenance Cycle If this check box is selected, the maintenance notification is included in
preventive maintenance. Last Modified Date The date/ time of the last modification of the maintenance
notification. Last Modified by The login code of the user who updates the maintenance
notification. Business Object Type The type of business object for which maintenance notification
is registered. Allowed values Maintenance Trigger The code of the maintenance trigger (of the trigger set) from
which the notification is created.
Assign to me Allows you to assign the notification to yourself. Unlink Always Ignore Removes the notification from the list assigned to the
engineer. Ignore for now Removes the notification from the list assigned to the
engineer. Assign to me Allows you to modify the data and assign the notification to
yourself. My Maintenance Notifications Displays the notification of the engineer.
