Project The project code. Description The description or name of the code. Status The project status. Element The element code. Description The description or name of the code. Status The work authorization status of the element. Activity The activity's code. Description The description or name of the code. Status The work authorization status of the activity. Sundry Cost The sundry costs code. Description The description or name of the code. Reference Type The reference type indicates whether the control code is a
standard or a project related labor. S indicates that the control code is a
standard cost object. P indicates that the control code is a project-specific
cost object. Sequence Number The sequence number code. Extension The extension code. Description The description or name of the code. Status The extension status. Cost Component The cost component. Description The description or name of the code. Quantity The cost object's quantity. Unit The unit in which the quantity is expressed. Cost Price A generally accepted medium of exchange such as coins, treasury
notes, and banknotes. The following currency types are available in LN:
Cost Price The unit cost. Cost Amount The total costs. If you change the generated cost amount, for
example, to grant a discount, the value of the Cost Rate field is automatically
adjusted. Currency Rate/Rate Factor A charge or payment fixed according to a standard scale, for
example, the currency rate of the transaction. Rate/Rate Factor The factor by which the amount in the transaction currency or
the invoice currency is divided before LN converts it to a
home currency. A rate factor is often used for currencies that have a
relatively low price, for example, Korean Won. Rate/Rate Factor The home currency. Click Rotate Currency to see the amount in
the other home currencies. Rate/Rate Factor The amount in the home currency. Click Rotate Currency to see
the amount in the other home currencies. Sales Price The currency used to
express the sales price. Note The contract line (CLIN) currency is the default currency used for the cost plus invoice lines. Sales Amount The sales amount of the sundry costs. Billable If this check box is selected, the transaction is
allowed to be invoiced to the customer. Note By default, this check box is selected if the Invoice Type field in the Project (tppdm6100m000) session is set to Cost Plus and the Invoice Calculation Method field in the Extension (tpptc0110s000) session is set to Actual Costs. Rate/Rate Factor The home currency. Click Rotate Currency to see the amount in

transactions. Fiscal Period The fiscal year in which the transaction is posted to Financials. This default value for this field is the current fiscal year. / The fiscal period in which the transaction has been posted to Financials. The default value for this field is the current fiscal period. If the Financials (TF) check box in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session is selected, the status of the fiscal period must be Open. Document The value of this field is part of the financial document
number that is used for the purchase order invoice that matches in the Accounts Payable module
in Finance. Employee The employee code. Employee The description or name of the employee. Hours Accounting Sequence The sequence number. Posting Type The posting type. Transaction Time The date and time on which the transaction is created. The date
of input for the transaction. Login The login code of the person who creates the transaction. Settlement Origin If this check box is selected, the transaction is
posted as the outcome of a fluctuation settlement. This transaction cannot be
included in cost control. Delivering Company Company number of financial company. You can use this to trace
data in Financials. Post to Infor LN Financials This field indicates whether the transaction must be posted to Financials. This field
automatically gets the value of the Financials (TF) check box in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. Transaction Type Financial Transaction If a financial transaction is posted from Financials to Project, LN fills this field.
You cannot maintain the value of this field in Project. Approved for Posting If this check box is selected, the transaction can be
processed in Financials and/or in the project history. If errors that block the posting process are
found, the check box is cleared. Document If a financial transaction is posted from Financials to Project, LN fills the document
number. You cannot maintain the value of this field in Project. Text If this check box is selected, a text is present. Line Number If a financial transaction is posted from Financials to Project, LN fills the line
number. You cannot maintain the value of this field in Project. Sequence Number Finance If a financial transaction is posted from Financials to Project, LN fills the sequence
number. You cannot maintain the value of this field in Project. Target Line Number The value of this field is part of the financial document
number that is used for the purchase order invoice that matches in the Accounts
Payable (ACP) module in Finance.
RemainingAmount Use this function to read the remaining amount into the
displayed record. Default Sales Price Use this function to read the default sales price for the
sundry costs into the displayed record. Default Cost Price Use this function to read the default cost price for sundry
costs into the displayed record. Remaining Qnty Use this function to read the remaining quantity into the
displayed record. Print Costs Starts the Print Costs (tpppc2411m000) session which prints the cost transactions for a
project.
