Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1506m000)

Use this session to display an overview of capacity utilization of a work center for one day. You can see, for each order, the time and quantity that it is planned.

Reports

By selecting Print from the File menu, you can start the following sessions:

  • Print Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1403m000).
  • Print Shared Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1406m000), if the work center is a secondary work center that is linked to a primary work center and the secondary work center is in the same logistic company as the primary work center.

 

Work Center
The work center for which you want to see a summary of what capacity requirements are planned for that day.

To see utilization for a shared work center, use the Shared Work Center Utilization (tisfc1510m000) session.

Norm. Cap
The average capacity of a machine or work center that is used as the basis for the capacity utilization.
Production Date
The day for which you want to see a summary of what capacity requirements are planned.
Available Cap
The available capacity (hours) of the employee working at the work center for the day in question.
Start Time
The start of the period for which you want to see what capacity has been planned.
Production Order
The code of the planned production order.
Item
The item produced in the operation.
Routing
The sequence of operations required to manufacture an item.

For each operation, the task, machine, and work center are specified, as well as information about setup time and cycle time.

Note

If no routing is displayed, there are no estimated production costs defined for the production order.

Operation
The code of the operation planned for the work center.
Machine
The machine with which the operation is carried out.
Quantity Planned
The quantity of items you plan to produce in this operation on this date, including items lost to scrap and low yield.
Man Hours
The man hours needed to carry out the operation
Physical Location
The location where the order is processed.
SFC Order Group
The group of orders to which the order belongs.

Production Planning
Build Utilization
Starts the Build Utilization (tisfc0201m000) in which you can update the plans from the Enterprise Planning module. All the utilization data is deleted and is regenerated using the production quantity and date data in the Production Planning (tisfc0110m000) session. This cannot be done for line work centers.

You must select Automatic in the Update Method Day Utilization field and Automatic in the Update Method Week Utilization field in the Shop Floor Control Parameters (tisfc0100s000) session before you can use this option.
