Split Production Order (tisfc0208m000)Use this session to split off a part of the to be produced quantity of a selected production order or operation into a child order.
Production Order The production order to be split. Item The item that is produced by the
production order. Quantity Ordered The quantity ordered to be produced. Last Completed Operation The number of the last completed operation. Minimum Split Quantity The minimum quantity that can be split off from the parent
production order. This is calculated as follows: Minimum Split Quantity = Quantity Planned Input(or quantity reported complete on order level) - 1 Maximum Split Quantity The maximum quantity that can be split off from the parent
production order. This is calculated as fallows: Maximum Split Quantity = Qty reported completed on last finished operation - (Accumulated planned reject qty + accumulated reported "unplanned" reject quantity) - Quantity reported complete on order level Split Quantity Select the quantity to be split off from the production
order. Note If the Split Orders when Reporting Reject Quality check box is selected in the Shop Floor Control Parameters (tisfc0100s000) session, the split quantity can be a rejected quantity from the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) or Report Orders Completed (tisfc0520m000) sessions. Ordered Quantity Child Total Selected Quantity The total quantity that was split off from the parent
production order. A production order can be split off multiple times into separate children. Reason Code The reason code for splitting off a quantity.
Split Order Splits off of the selected quantity to be produced. If selecting serial numbers or effectivity units is mandatory, this command is only available if the Ordered Quantity Child and Total Selected Quantity fields are equal. Select If the end item is serialized or lot controlled, you can split
the order by specific serial numbers or effectivity units. Use this command to start one of these sessions: In these sessions, select the specific serial number or effectivity unit to be split off into a child order.
