Copy Engineering Item to Item (tiedm1201m000)Use this session to copy an E-item to a standard item or to a customized item. You can copy the E-item either to an existing item, indicated by the Item Available check box, or you can define a new item. LN automatically selects the revision of the selected E-item with the status Approved for Production. When you define a new item, LN derives the default data from the E-item data, not from the item defaults. When you copy to an existing item, it must be of the same item type. For example, a purchased E-item must be copied to a purchased item.
