Employees (tgbrg8135m000)Use this session to create and maintain employees.
Employee A code that identifies the employee. Name The name of the employee. Substitute The deputy of the employee. Note The employee that you select in this field will get all work items distributed that normally would have been assigned to the employee mentioned in the Employee field. Only if the employee that you select in this field has the proper roles, he/she can carry out the work items that are distributed to him/her. Department The department the employee works for. Mail Address The E-mail address of the employee. Phone Number The phone number of the employee. Fax Number The fax number of the employee. Employment (%) The percentage indicates the total working hours of the employee. Note The percentage that is specified refers to the employee's working hours per day. It is used by Workflow to distribute the workload evenly among the employees by taking their respective working hours into consideration. Date The date when the last changes were made to this session. Time The time when the last changes were made to this session. User The user who made the last changes in this session. User The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. Substitute The name of the employee's deputy. Date of Employment The date when the employee started to work for
the organization. Last Date of Employment The date when the employee finished working
for the organization. Note After this date the employee can no longer be linked to any model item. Not employed If this check box is selected, the employee no longer works for
the organization, or is not yet employed. ERP User A person who is authorized to log on to the LN applications, and
for whom data such as a startup menu, an operational language, and roles
(authorizations) is defined. Note A ERP user can be linked to only one employee. ERP User The user's full name.
User DEM Settings If you click this button (or command), the User DEM Settings (tgbrg8136m000) session is started, which you can use to tune the
process browser settings for the selected employee. Start Screen Employee... If you click this button (or command), the startup program of
the selected employee is started. The startup program is selected in the User Data (ttams1100s000) session. Roles by Employee... If you click this button (or command), the Roles by Employee (tgbrg8122m000) session is started, which you can use to link one or
more roles to the selected employee. Employee Browser... If you click this button (or command), the Authorization Browser (tgbrg8124m000) session is started, which graphically displays
the selected employee and optionally the roles, employee groups, and business
processes to which he/she is linked. If you do not select an employee, all
employees are displayed. Employee Groups by Employee If you click this button (or command), the Employee Groups by Employee (tgbrg8161m000) session is started, which you can use to link
one or more employee groups to the selected employee. Roles by Employee (in all versions) If you click this button (or command), the Roles by Employee (in all versions) (tgbrg8123m000) session is started, which you can
use to link a one or more roles to an employee in any version.
