Statement Layouts (tffst0610m000)

Use this session to maintain statement layouts, including column layouts and account layouts.

 

Layout
Layout Type

Three layout types exist:

  • Statement
  • Annexure
  • Consolidated
Layout
Statement layouts determine the general presentation of financial statements. This includes margins, header data of columns and accounts, header and footer texts, etc. This data is used to create financial statements. LN will order the statement data according to the parameters corresponding with the layout code selected.
Status
The status of the statement layout.

This can be one of the following:

  • Registered
  • Approved
  • Not Applicable
Convert Statement Report to RPT
If this check box is selected, LN converts the statement report to a BIRT-compatible format.
Layout Size
Character Width
The maximum number of characters per statement line.
Note

The value that you can enter in this field depends on the selection you made in the Font field.

Top Margin
The top margin determines the number of blank lines at the top of each page.
Bottom Margin
The bottom margin indicates how many lines must be left blank at the bottom of each page.
Left Margin
The left margin determines the number of blank column positions on the left side of the pages.
Column Definition
Column Separator
The character used to separate columns.
Number of Column Header Lines
The column header lines contain the descriptions of the statement columns.
Position of Statement Account
The column position for the header of the column containing the statement account code.
Note

If you enter "0" (zero), no column will be printed.

The column position for the header of the column containing the statement account description.

Texts
Header
If this check box is selected, a header is included.
Footer
If this check box is selected, a footer is included.

 

Generate Report
Generates a statement layout based on the data entered in this session.

Note

To generate a report, you must have development rights and the appropriate package VRC set in the Change Current Package VRC of User (ttadv0140m000) session.

Print Dummy Statement Layout
Starts the Print Dummy Statement Layout (tffst0410m100) session. This command is only available after the statement has been generated, or when its status is Fixed.

Starts the Print Statement Layout (tffst0410m000) session.
