Terminate and/or Delete Sales Contracts (tdsls3203m000)

Use this session to terminate and/or delete sales contracts.

Note

You must terminate expired contracts.

You can select a range of contracts or select specific contracts to be deleted. To delete specific contracts, click Specific Order(s). The Enter Specific Sales Contract Numbers (tdsls3820s000) session is started in which you can select up to ten contracts to be deleted.

If you want to delete another selection of contracts, click Reset Selection. LN removes the selection you made in the Enter Specific Sales Contract Numbers (tdsls3820s000) session. To make a new selection, click Specific Order(s).

 

Contract Type
You can select the contracts to be terminated/deleted by contract type.
Terminate Expired Contracts
If this check box is selected, and the expiry date of a selected contract with the Free or Active status falls within the selected range of expiry dates, the contract status receives the Terminated status.
Note

You cannot generate sales orders from a sales contract with the Terminated status.

Delete Free Contracts
If this check box is selected, the selected contracts with the Free status are removed.
Delete Terminated Contracts
If this check box is selected, all selected contracts with the Terminated status are deleted.
Note

Expired contracts that were terminated by selecting the Terminate Expired Contracts check box are also deleted. If the Evaluate Contract before Deleting check box in the Sales Contract Parameters (tdsls0100s300) session is selected, a contract cannot be deleted before its contract lines are evaluated.

Delete Linked Terms and Conditions
If this check box is selected, the terms and conditions agreement that is linked to the sales contract is also deleted.
