If this check box is cleared, the category is a subcategory. Category Type Identifies whether the category is a Sales or Purchase category. General/Specific Identifies whether the category is accessible by anyone
( General) or is restricted to a pre-defined class of
sold-to business partners ( Specific). Note If the category is a catalog of the Specific type, sold-to business partners must be linked to the catalog in the Catalog - Business Partners (tdpct0103m000) session. Effectivity Date The category's start date. This
date must be the same as or fall before the Expiry Date. Expiry Date The category's end date. This
date must be the same as or fall after the Effectivity Date. Picture The category's picture.
Category Text If this check box is selected, text exists.
