Order Dependent on the session from which you start the Price Inquiry (tdpcg0250m000) session, this field displays the number of the: Position The number used to identify the position of the order line on
the sales or purchase order. Item In LN,
the raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be
purchased, stored, manufactured, sold, and so on. An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit, or exist in multiple product variants. You can also define nonphysical items, which are not held in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The following are examples of nonphysical items:
Subcontracted If this check box is selected, the order line is a subcontracting order line. Effectivity Unit A reference number, for example a sales order line or a project
deliverable line, that is used to model deviations for a unit effective item. Product Variant The product variant for
a configurable item. Product Variant Type This field informs you about the type of configurable item on which the product variant is
based.
Ordered Quantity The quantity that must be delivered according to the terms on
the order line. The quantity is expressed in the purchase unit or the sales
unit of the item. Unit The sales unit, or the purchase unit. Price Origin The origin of the price. Allowed values Base Price The price of the goods stored in a warehouse. The base price is
independent of the price factor, discounts, the order quantity, and value and
is stated in the home currency and inventory unit. Note The base price is retrieved from the default sales price book, as entered in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session. If no default price book exists for the item, the base price is the item price. Currency A generally accepted medium of exchange such as coins, treasury
notes, and banknotes. The following currency types are available in LN:
Price Unit The unit in which the price is expressed. Subcontracting Price The price of a subcontracted item or subassembly. Total Upgrade Price A price that is defined for a requirement in Unit Effectivity (UEF).
If the requirement is used in an effectivity unit's configuration, the upgrade
price is added to the effectivity unit's sales price. Book Price The price for the item according to the standard price book,
increased by an upgrade price if applicable. The default
price for an item is stored in the default price book. Gross Price The gross price is calculated as follows: Book Price - Book Discount Net Price The book price with all (other) discounts applied. If no
discounts exist, the gross price is equal to the net price. The net price is
calculated as follows: Net price = book price - line discount - order discount Cost Price The company owned cost price. Cost Price The customer owned cost price. / The unit of measure in which the inventory of an item is
recorded, such as piece, kilogram, box of 12, or meter. The inventory unit is also used as the base unit in measure conversions, especially for conversions that concern the order unit and the price unit on a purchase order or a sales order. These conversions always use the inventory unit as the base unit. An inventory unit therefore applies to all item types, also to item types that cannot be kept in stock. Unit Discount The difference between the base price and the book price expressed as a percentage. Book Discount The book discount is calculated as follows: Book Price - Gross Price, expressed as a percentage Total Line Discount The total of all remaining discounts (besides unit discounts
and book discounts) that are applied to the line, expressed as a percentage. Total Discount The total of all applied discounts, expressed as a percentage. Gross Profit The gross profit is the difference between the base price less all discounts and the cost price, expressed as a percentage. Matrix Definition The matrix definition of the price matrix used
to retrieve the price. Price Matrix Sequence The matrix sequence for the price matrix. Price Factor The price factor that is used to increase or decrease the price
book's base price to calculate the unit price. Valid From The first date on which the price matrix is valid. To The last date on which the price matrix is valid. Book An entity in which you can store price information that is
valid for a given period of time. A price book includes the following elements:
A quantity or value break discount schedule can be linked to a price book. Base Amount The base amount is calculated as follows: Upgrade Amount The upgrade amount is calculated as follows: Gross Amount The total amount from which taxes, rebates, discounts, and so
on are deducted to reach the net amount. The gross amount is calculated by
multiplying the order quantity with the book price. Discount Amount A discount percentage or amount to be subtracted from the total
order amount. Promotion Discount The discount resulting from an applied promotion. Net Amount The gross amount minus discounts. The net value is always
stated in the transactional currency. If multiple discount levels are used, the net amount is calculated from the gross amount minus discounts at previous levels. Cost Price The total company owned cost price. Note
Cost Price The total customer owned cost price. Landed Cost Amount The total landed costs. Price List If this check box is selected, a price list is applied for the item in the contract. Discount List If this check box is selected, a discount schedule is applied for the item in the
contract. The discount schedule is the highest level to store discounts for
sold-to business partners and buy-from business partners.
