| Terms and Conditions Search Level - Lines (tctrm1610m000)Use this session to view, enter, and
maintain a specific terms and conditions search level and linked terms and conditions lines. This session supports easy search level entry for a terms and
conditions agreement. You can enter a terms and conditions search level and
terms and conditions lines on one screen. To start this session, do one of the following: - Double-click a record in the Terms and Conditions Search Levels (tctrm1110m000) session.
- Double-click a search level on the Search Levels tab of the Terms and Conditions (tctrm1600m000) session.
- Start the session stand-alone.
Terms and Conditions ID An agreement between business partners about the sale,
purchase, or transfer of goods, in which you can define detailed terms and
conditions about orders, schedules, planning, logistics, invoicing, and demand
pegging, and define the search mechanism to retrieve the correct terms and
conditions. The agreement includes the following: - A header with the type of agreement and the business
partner(s).
- Search levels with a search priority and a selection of
search attributes (fields) and linked terms and conditions groups.
- One or more lines with the values for the search levels’
search attributes.
- Terms and conditions groups with detailed terms and
conditions about orders, schedules, planning, logistics, invoicing, and demand
pegging for the lines.
Search Level A priority level for searching and selecting a terms and
conditions line. Search levels include a selection of search attributes
(fields) and linked terms and conditions groups. Priority Search priorities are used to find a valid agreement for the
entered search combination or search level. If a valid agreement is found for the first priority, the
agreement will be used. If not, LN searches for a valid agreement for the second priority and so on. Terms and Conditions Type Defines the type of terms and conditions agreement or template
and is linked to a set of search attributes. Each terms and conditions type has
its own search attributes. The following terms and conditions types are
available: Purchase Purchase terms and conditions agreements can be linked to
purchase contracts. Sales Sales terms and conditions agreements can be linked to sales
contracts. Internal Internal terms and conditions agreements can be linked to
enterprise unit relationships.
Planning Note You can only select this check box if the following
applies: - At least one VMI parameter is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- One of the terms and conditions search attributes is set
to Item,
or to any of the item grouping attributes such as Product Line, Product Type, or Product Class.
- The Warehouse search attribute is set for the Purchase terms and conditions type.
You cannot select this check box if the terms and conditions type is set to Internal. Logistics Note You can only select this check box if one of the terms and conditions search attributes is set
to Warehouse, Warehouse Set, Item, or to any of the item grouping attributes such as Product Line, Product Type, or Product Class. Demand Pegging Note - You cannot select this check box if the terms and conditions type is set to Internal.
- You can only select this check box if the Search Attribute 1 field is set to Item.
